May all men learn to protect and honour what gives life to everything and create structures that support the natural expression of the feminine.

If we would like to bring the soft, intuitive, nurturing, compassionate, creative, naturally powerful and mystical feminine qualities back into mainstream society, the masculine must be ready to support, assist, honour and protect the feminine by activating the qualities of self-assurance, calmness, steadiness, patience, and unwavering presence within himself.
The presence of an awakened masculine is a sanctuary where the spirit of the feminine can soar.
The brilliance of the feminine awakens when she is embraced in her multifaceted expression and when she is allowed to expand beyond dogmatic rules and societal conditioning.
Life is constantly pushing and pulling us in many different directions and at times it can be incredibly challenging to detach from the expectations of others and to set the appropriete boundaries.
However people pleasing is never a healthy solution and is not sustainable in a long run.
The moment you slip accidentally into the pattern of people pleasing you will begin to create energy leaks and lose energy. The feminine energy moves in a way she is guided to move from within and she does not bent to meet the expectations of others.
It requires tremendous self-awareness and radical honesty not to say yes when you feel deep inside rather a no or when something feels out of resonance and not alignid with your inner truth and values.
Especially sensitive, empathetic people have the tendency to fall into the people-pleasing mode which makes them even more susceptible to picking up other people’s energy and experiencing a sensory overload.
Living in integrity with our heart and soul is a highly potent antidote for discord, disappointment and conflict in relationships.
Our body, heart and soul always whisper to us and the moment we ignore those silent whispers we become much more prone to people pleasing and betraying the Truth of our Heart.
People-pleasing is rooted in fear and a sense of lack. When we people please we create a separation from our True Self by not honouring ourselves.
The empowered feminine energy within us is fiercely protective of her boundaries and she can feel and sense when boundaries are violated. The awake and empowered feminine holds herself to high standards, embodies high self-worth, and SHE is naturally courageous to speak the truth of her inner self, even when this is uncomfortable.
The remedy for people pleasing is high-level awareness, high-level sensitivity, self-respect and self-love.
Know beyond a shadow of a doubt that LOVE is your natural state and life is always inviting you to become LOVE. Do not seek outside of yourself for LOVE.
Create your life around who you LOVE being and commit to a journey from co-dependence to inter-dependence to experience a Divine Union.
When you stand in your truth and honour your boundaries, you allow those around you to see the best of you.
Choose your inner Truth over and over again.
Be selective which energies you allow in.
Allow yourself to rest in your BEING and remember that all barriers of opposition dissolve when the balance between the masculine and feminine is restored.
