May all men respect and honour what gives life to everything and create structures that support the natural expression of the feminine.

May all women remember their true indestructible worth and that they are a vessel of the Goddess herself. The feminine is not meant to live in the shadow of silence and remain in places that keep her caged. She is meant to create, to dance, to sing, to express, to touch, to heal, to awaken, to transform and to shine. 

SHE carries deep wisdom and divine essence of creation within HER, and SHE is meant to embrace the fullness of who SHE is.

Her presence is a sacred gift. 

An unhealed woman will unconsciously attract the wrong partners and settle for breadcrumbs because her nervous system keeps choosing what is familiar but harmful instead of what is wholesome and pure. A woman who is not fully connected with her True Self and is not aware of her worth will be drawn to emotionally unavailable men, she will over-compromise, overgive and stay in relationships that are detrimental to her mental and spiritual wellbeing.

A sacred union can only manifest when your heart measures with truth and not with trauma and unhealthy attachments. Only when the Divine Order is restored within you can a Divine Order manifest as a Sacred and Creative Relationship with another portion of you.

If we would like to bring the soft, intuitive, nurturing, compassionate, creative, naturally powerful and mystical feminine qualities back into mainstream society, the masculine must be ready to support, assist, honour and protect the feminine by activating the qualities of self-assurance, calmness, steadiness, patience, and unwavering presence within himself.

The presence of an awakened masculine is a sanctuary where the spirit of the feminine can soar. 

The sacred Masculine is naturally moved from within to safeguard the magic of the feminine and to uplift, elevate and celebrate HER magnificent essence.
And of course the feminine needs to be firmly established in self-love, self-trust and self-intimacy to allow this Divine Sacred Dance to happen.
 

The brilliance of the feminine awakens when she is embraced in her multifaceted expression and when she is allowed to expand beyond dogmatic rules and societal conditioning.

Life is constantly pushing and pulling us in many different directions and at times it can be incredibly challenging to detach from the expectations of others and to set the appropriete boundaries.

However people pleasing is never a healthy solution and is not sustainable in a long run. 

The moment you slip accidentally into the pattern of people pleasing you will begin to create energy leaks and lose energy. The feminine energy moves in a way she is guided to move from within and she does not bent to meet the expectations of others. 

It requires tremendous self-awareness and radical honesty not to say yes when you feel deep inside rather a no or when something feels out of resonance and not alignid with your inner truth and values. 

Especially sensitive, empathetic people have the tendency to fall into the people-pleasing mode which makes them even more susceptible to picking up other people’s energy and experiencing a sensory overload. 

Living in integrity with our heart and soul is a highly potent antidote for discord, disappointment and conflict in relationships.
Our body, heart and soul always whisper to us and the moment we ignore those silent whispers we become much more prone to people pleasing and betraying the Truth of our Heart.
People-pleasing is rooted in fear and a sense of lack. When we people please we create a separation from our True Self by not honouring ourselves.

The BIRTH of resonance-based, creative collaborations and partnerships

The empowered feminine energy within us is fiercely protective of her boundaries and she can feel and sense when boundaries are violated. The awake and empowered feminine holds herself to high standards, embodies high self-worth, and SHE is naturally courageous to speak the truth of her inner self, even when this is uncomfortable.
The remedy for people pleasing is high-level awareness, high-level sensitivity, self-respect and self-love.
Know beyond a shadow of a doubt that LOVE is your natural state and life is always inviting you to become LOVE. Do not seek outside of yourself for LOVE.
Create your life around who you LOVE being and commit to a journey from co-dependence to inter-dependence to experience a Divine Union.

When you stand in your truth and honour your boundaries, you allow those around you to see the best of you.

Choose your inner Truth over and over again.

Be selective which energies you allow in.

Allow yourself to rest in your BEING and remember that all barriers of opposition dissolve when the balance between the masculine and feminine is restored.

The fine line between a liberating Sacred Union Relationship and a binding relationship

The world has taught us how to survive, how to struggle and carry burdens that weigh down our spirit; instead of how to soften, relax, melt down the walls of separation, and how to surrender.

There is no greater freedom than to let go of control and to trust that you are infinitely loved and held by all of creation. And that life or True Love was never meant to be a battle. The world has forgotten that the sacred feminine energy is naturally abundant, nourishing, gentle, nurturing, loving, giving, thriving and powerful when this energy is respected, honoured and protected with love and devotion. When in balance the feminine energy allows things to unfold and to flourish naturally. Feminine energy is dynamic, adaptable, multifaceted, multidimensional, shrouded in mystery and forever fascinating.

The purest Divine feminine energy can’t e explained, rationalised or described but only experienced…  Everything in your life begins to blossom and flourish when you are filled from within with the grace and power of the Divine Feminine (Shakti)

Once you have tasted the sweetness of the Goddess the chase for superficial material objects and goals that are not aligned with who you are ends.

The Universal Mother embodies all aspects of the feminine energy and she will manifest in the form that is required. If you are fighting an inner battle for example and would like to release binding and destructive ego patterns she will manifest in the form of Kali or Durga.

If you would like to invite abundance and prosperity into your life she will manifest as Lakshmi.

If you aim to connect with higher wisdom and harness your intuition the Divine Feminine will manifest as Sarastati.

If you would like to culitivate the qualities of compassion and love the Divine Mother will manifest as Mother Mary. 

The LOVE of a woman who is healed and embodies the energy of the Divine Mother is the highest divine alchemy. A healed woman becomes the guiding light and the rhythm of the universe, illuminating the path for everyone who comes into her field. 

Once you connect to the Divine Feminine it is important to connect to the Divine Masculine as well. When you surrender fully to the Sacred Divine Masculine the illusions of the world won’t shake you so easily anymore. Or at least you will get back on track quickly. In a relationship, the feminine energy will begin to express herself fully when she feels held, loved, honoured and protected by the masculine and when there is a sense of trust and safety.

The subtle patterns of the ego that prevent the Divine and Sacred qualities from being actualized are often revealed in close or intimate relationships and everyone who has been in a long-term relationship will attest that their relationship has been tested again and again at every level.

  • The test is always you versus YOU!
  • The test is always about how anchored are in the frequency of your True Self.
  • The test is always whether you will break free together from the hooks of collective trauma, societal conditioning and mass consciousness distortions and projections.
  • The test is always about what will you choose to do or how will you respond when challenges manifest and how deeply can you surrender. 
  • The test is always who do you choose to BE when your heart breaks or your partner shows up in a way you have never expected it?
  • Will you choose God and the Sacred Union togehter with your partner or will you succumb to any potential remnants of victim consciousness patterns or allow any outside influences or projections of others to harm what is sacred, holy and pure?
  • The test is about what type of energies have you allowed or will you continue to allow to enter your field that has changed or harmed the dynamics of the relationship in the first place.
  • The test is always about being brutally honest with yourself and asking yourself first if you have betrayed yourself (your Soul) and if you have you been truly faithful and devoted on all levels? Every thought, every decision and every action determines if you safeguard and protect what is holy and precious and if you are truly devoted to Higher Love.
  • The test is always between your lower and Higher Nature.

Sacred Union is the merging of the Divine Feminine (Shakti) and Masculine (Shiva) energies once the inner battle of the lower and higher nature is won.

The merging is happening within us and the reason why many choose to experience the catalyst of relationships is because close or intimate relationships are a fast track to evolution (not always).

Especially intimate relationships have the potential to accelerate the process exponentially and point out all the stories that have been lingering in the back of your mind that you haven’t been aware of before your partner has played the role of a reflective mirror…

We can choose to attain this state of consciousness within a close, intimate or romantic relationship but in truth we have never been separated from Source / God and All That IS. Those who are self-realized and have experienced the Sacred Union within themselves are aware that this is not something that can be limited to a partner. At this state of consciousness, you realise that you can be happy and fulfilled without relationships, titles or specific and wordly attainments that may even distract you from what you came here to do. 

This state indicates true Freedom. This is a state of absolute Peace and Bliss.

From this perspective, some earthly relationships can become a trap that keep you stuck on the lower emotional plane where you can’t ascend further than the astral plane if both partners still need to work through many denser energies. 

A sacred union can only manifest if both partner align with a state of wholeness within themselves first.

If the heart of a wounded woman is closed for example she won’t be able to receive the LOVE from a man who is healed even if it is offered in it’s purest form. Depending on the severity of the wounding she might perceive him as a threat and reject him. And if a man does not trust the feminine he will hold back and not surrender fully. Unhealed individuals will create unhealthy push-pull dynamics. The anxious partner seeks closeness (the pull), while the avoidant partner retreats (the push), setting off a cycle of heightened emotional reactivity on both sides.

Deeply connected sacred relationship

 

A committed intimate, romantic relationship or a marriage can be seen as a huge magnifying glass where your partner acts as a universal voice and mirror.

It usually takes around 3-6 months until the deeper layers or the aspects of the repressed and hurt inner child and the shadow aspects that you have been unaware of are reflected back to you.

When you fall in love and start to date a new partner, he might feel like easy to be around, self-assured, attentive, present, funny and charming but after a couple of months, you might notice that he is easily irritated or that he has built walls around his heart, and a deeper part of him is hurting.

It might feel to you that you have been blindsided but in truth you have simply gotten close enough where the shadow aspects became visible.

Those deeper aspects or the true integrity and strength of someone’s character will often be revealed when the individual is under pressure and during conflicts and testing times, and not in superficial or casual short-term relationships.

An insecure or weak partner who lacks strength of character and intergrity is more likely to seek approval from others or establish emotional intimacy with several people. Cheating does not need to be physical and before someone cheats physically, this individual has already had the seed of betrayal and cheating imprinted within the deeper layers of their consciousness. Someone who lacks integrity will often be prone to entertaining multiple potential partners and seeking validation from others as a means of avoiding doing the inner work and taking responsibily. And when the backlash happens and you hold them accountable, they will either twist things around, attack or blame you, disregard your intuition and feelings, try to put you into bad light for revealing the truth or become defesive and play the victim.

However, since nothing happens by coincidence, it is important to keep in mind that we can draw out the best or worst qualities from our partner. If someone is mistrusting, has low self-esteem and is afraid that their partner will cheat, cheating or betrayal will likely become a self-fulfilling prophecy.

People enter relationships for different reasons. Karmic dysfunctional relationships will offer plenty of opportunities to confront uncomfortable patterns to raise your awareness about the behaviour and beliefs that have been passed down through generations. By healing yourself you will heal your lineage.

Karmic relationships serve as a divine invitation to shed the old self and to step into the FULLNESS of who you are meant to be.

Karmic relationships serve as a divine invitation to become WHOLE from within and to forgive ourselves and our partner for all the imperfections and false assumptions that we have accidently bought into.

A committed relationship teaches both partners how to communicate and listen with attention, love, compassion and presence.

A deeply committed relationship serves as an invitation for you to confront any karmic patterns and to dissolve them through a high level of awareness, to soften and open your heart and to show up especially at times when your instinctual self or the hurt inner child would rather pull away.

A deeply committed relationship serves as an invitation to let go of control, to surrender to a bigger divine plan and to honour your sacred role within the relationship or marriage.

Returning to a state of wholeness implies having the awareness of who you truly are beyond the identifications of the ego.

Returning to a state of wholeness happens when you acknowledge and recognise that a sacred partnership can be a constant reminder that you are Love and that you have always been loved by all of creation.

✅A wholesome, healthy masculine man is grounded in embodiment and he trusts the spiritual guidance of the Divine Feminine.
✅A healthy Divine Masculine man does not try to please and entertain everyone else while neglecting his partner because he understands that this will lead to energy leaks and weaken the sacred bond. Neglect is a form of emotional abuse.
✅A Divine Masculine man is not afraid of being vulnerable since he has the awareness that complete vulnerability, an open heart and emotional honesty are not a weakness but the gateway to safety, deeper trust and an authentic and sustainable connection.
💚True, indestructible, internal safety is hidden deep within you – within your deepest vulnerability, within your deepest fear and pain when there is nothing left to protect and defend.
💚Indestructible safety implies complete trust in God / Source /Divine.
💚Indestructible safety implies absolute trust in unconditional LOVE.
💚Indestructible safety equals complete surrender.
💚Indestructible safety implies the willingness to go all the way, to risk everything/to endure the worst so that the illusions of the ego can dissolve.

As I elaborate in the following article we have both energies within us and a woman can protect herself from unnecessary disappointing experiences by not dismissing the red flags.

The Awakened and Integrated Masculine

Masculine or feminine energy does not imply male or female body. Both of the energies can be fully integrated and activated within an individual without a partner.
The purpose of our incarnation is to master True Love and in the majority of the cases this process will happen through the assistance and catalyst of a partner (not necessary romantic) who plays a role of a reflective mirror. We will attract the opposite polarity from which we can best heal, learn and evolve.

He will say all the right things, make empty promises but not show up fully and follow through with action on a consistent basis. He will come in strongly and dissappear as fast as he came.
Usually it’s much easier to recognise a disempowered masculine man than the disempowered feminine man (distorted feminine energy).
 
🚩The wounded feminine man knows how to create emotional intimacy and deep connection. He feels initially safe and innocent. That’s why women find it easy to trust a feminine man and they dismiss all the red flags. He knows how to make you feel seen, met and heard and he will be present and available at the beginning of the connection but as soon as he wins your trust he stops making the effort and will avoid taking responsibility at all costs. He won’t get out of his comfort zone to grow and to evolve and he is terrified of commitment. He will not step up, initiate or lead from the light frequency but from the shadow frequency.

💡If you are a woman who would love to align with a healthy, empowered relationship partner your highest priority should be to discern if the man who comes into your life is capable to give and receive love and to show up as a healthy relationship partner instead of wondering if you are asking for too much.
💡Be clear, strong and steady within yourself first and ensure that your connection to Source/God remains your number one priority.
💡Don’t waste your precious time by being pulled into draining, soul-destroying, dead-end relationship dynamics that cost you your peace of mind or make you question your sanity and sanctity. If you are confident within yourself and you have mastered the ability to feel unconditional LOVE towards yourself you will always fall upwards into the arms of your Divine Self no matter what is happening around you.
💡Nothing could ever come close to the relationship that you have with the androgynous Supreme Self.
 
A woman who does not trust her intuition and is disconnected from her TRUE SELF and doesn’t have a high level of discernment of what is right or wrong will tolerate disrespectful and dishonouring behaviour and will often unconsciously allow it to be pushed into her shadow self by abandoning herself.
From a higher perspective, there is no right or wrong and there is no polarity, and eventually, we will all wake up to the realisation that our perception is often distorted. Truth restores perception. Half truth leads to misunderstandings. It is the ego that blinds us to truth and causes someone to conform to a false perception and reinforce separation patterns.

We are most powerful, supported and protected when we listen to the Truth of our Heart and stay away from situations that look promising or tempting on the surface but prevent us to realise our highest Divine potential.
The level of TRUTH determines the Level of TRUE LOVE. Truth sets us free even though it may often not be easy to accept it. When we stand in our Truth we will not engage in behaviour that constrains our spirit and creates unhealthy intanglements.
From a higher perspective, there are no victims.
We are the cause and the solution. Everything and everyone exists because of us. What we focus upon and give our attention to grows. What we see in the outside world is the reflection of our deepest assumptions and beliefs and we can change our state of being and assumptions.
Rising in consciousness implies rising above the mind chatter and noise of the ego and remembering who you are.
In a higher state of consciousness, the individual begins to feel and see the truth from within and make choices from a place of integrity instead of being misled or deceived by appearances.
Having said this the majority is still operating within the matrix and within this frame, we have agreed to honour various collective and social agreements or traditions.
Depending on the level of disempowerment and being disconnected from her inner guidance system a woman who identifies herself with a wounded self will quietly endure toxic behaviour without saying something or setting appropriate boundaries and without leaving an unhealthy relationship or environment. She will be available to any man who has mastered the basic skills of superficial entertainment or seduction and who knows what a woman wants to hear without honouring her spirit and true essence.
Until a woman learns how to trust herself and her higher SELF fully she will continue to search for TRUE LOVE in all the wrong places and give her power away for breadcrumbs of affection and attention.
If a man has purified himself he will naturally extend Pure Love to a woman.
The presence of a Divine Masculine man is unmistakably felt.
A Divine Man and Divine Woman support each other to be everything they can be and experience together Divine Love without being overpowered by their shadow self.

The Awakened and Integrated Masculine

The healing of the sacred Masculine Energy and the protection of the Sacred Feminine Energy go hand in hand.
 
The Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine are two sides of the ONE inseparable, unified, formless, transcendent vastness.
 
Realizing the Divine Energies within your own body and mind is the biggest gift you can gift to yourself and to the world.
 
The Divine energy is waiting to be awakened within each and everyone of us towards the direction of planetary healing. 

The merging of Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energies, often referred to as Sacred Union or a Soul Merge, represents a concept of integrating opposing yet complementary aspects within oneself or between individuals. 

The fine line between a liberating Sacred Union Relationship and a binding relationship

The Crown chakra (seventh chakra) is the point where the masculine energy (Shiva) and feminine energy (Shakti) unite, representing a state of oneness. 

The entire control of the elements belongs to Shiva. We need the balance of both energies. Without Shiva (male energy) there is no Divine Feminine. Without the Divine Feminine, there is no Shiva. If the Soul of an individual merges fully with both energies a whole new realm of existence will open up for them. 

The realm of the Sahasrara chakra (Crown chakra) is the realm of Divine Ecstasy where everything is lit up. Enlightenment means that you are lit from within and you are not anymore in the dark. 

A balanced Crown Chakra implies to allow energy of a higher frequency to flow through you without resistance because your connection with the supreme Self/Source is steady and unwavering. 

We are wired as humans in such a way that we spend 99% of our time trying to fix things in the external world. We change jobs, partners, countries, friends, and mentors without realizing that we are always taking ourselves with us wherever we go.

We attract as a reflection of ourselves those experiences that are part of our vibrational frequency and our subconscious and unconscious patterns.

This unique energetic signature is made up of the fragrance of our karmic self that comes from the residues of our accumulated thoughts, feelings and actions. In other words, we carry many emotional knots within us as a result of strong emotional reactions in the past, repetivine thought patterns that are not aligned with truth or rigid cultural and societal beliefs.

When we transform our karmic patterns we “transform” the neurons in our brains and as a result our energy signature will gradually change. To untangle those emotional knots and stabilise ourselves in the frequency of inner peace, joy, abundance, higher love and even bliss, we all need to go through a purging process where we release deep-seated core wounds and memories which are no longer serving us.

Regardless of your gender both qualities the masculine and feminine are already within you. A woman, for example, can manifest very masculine traits and excude fierce warrior qualities if she needs to protect or defend her child. A man can embody deeply nourishing, nurturing, empathetic and caring qualities and appreciate a safe and comfortable home where he can relax rest and enjoy a warm meal.

Whether we are consciously aware of it or not we are constantly trying to balance those polarities.

No matter where you are standing right now focus on making your life extraordinary (you don’t need to have it all together or have reached enlightenment for that). What I am referring to is an inner attitude…

A State of being.

Where you are right now is perfect and everything that has happened so far had to happen and has brought you to where you are at this very moment.
Accept deeply all parts of you and have the confidence to be unapologetically YOU.
The foundation for embodying the highest version of yourself is always a healthy relationship within you between the subconscious (feminine) and conscious (masculine) and the relationship between the universal masculine/feminine energy
The most intimate relationship that you will ever have is your relationship with your BREATH and with your SOUL. The only relationship that will last forever is your relationship with Source, since all earthly relationships are transitional and temporary.
Some last longer, some shorter. Usually, we meet again if something is unfinished or if people don’t part on good terms.

May you experience the deepest LOVE and fulfilment completely independent of your relationship status because you are LOVE.

The healing of the sacred Masculine Energy and the protection of the Sacred Feminine Energy go hand in hand. Expressions of masculine energy whether expressed by a male or female can be healthy or toxic.

When the Divine feminine has been dishonoured, disrespected, neglected, betrayed or desecrated she will not hesitate to manifest in her fiercest form.
