The world of everyday experience is the world of the senses, the world of duality and polarity. What we feel, smell, taste and hear together with the thoughts and feelings that we are aware of is what we mean with the “real world”. 

That’s why everyone’s “world” is completely different and changes with the level of awareness.

It is only when we withdraw our attention from the senses and focus on consciousness itself that we begin to see or intuit the vastness of all there is.  The expanded Self/Infinite Being and the limited, restrictive persona do only appear to be separate so that we can play the human game with the other players. Everything that you perceive with your senses is made up.

Just like if you watch a movie and everything looks very real while you are completely absorbed and focused on the movie you know in the back of your mind that it’s all made up.

This is what is meant with the term cosmic joke, the world of illusion or Maya. We experience duality and relativity in our day to day life because we have forgotten that there is only one complete unity. You are inside everything! In all objects and people, you interact with. It’s all created in your consciousness. Your consciousness creates certain patterns also known as beliefs. In an ultimate sense, all suffering can be traced back to this separation experience.

Regardless which spiritual practice/path someone has chosen or what kind of religion he or she belongs to everyone aims to free him or herself from this illusion (whether consciously aware or not). Once all delusions are dissolved the mind becomes perfectly still the realisation arises that there is only light.

Even though everything is only smoke and mirrors there is a reason why your higher self creates certain patterns in other words, why certain experiences pop up in your holographic illusion. You are here to master certain lessons and you have a life purpose, a higher calling.

Cassia a potent essential oil for clearing and purification

Sometimes I put myself deliberately in triggering situations which will bring up old programs to the surface or are emotionally challenging.
 
We are wired to avoid painful feelings and emotions at any cost. But if we are prepared to see unpleasant emotions and situations as opportunities for growth, we don’t need to avoid them anymore.
 
I can sometimes be even grateful for the challenging events or dynamics which bring up old lack beliefs because it’s an excellent opportunity to clear them or integrate any rejected, denied and abandoned parts & sub-selves so that I can feel lighter and clearer afterwards.
 
This stuff comes up so that we can grow into the next version of ourselves and this implies usually embracing a little bit of friction or becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable!
 
The majority of people walks around with many stuck emotions which keep them stuck in the dense 3rd density reality. They are terrified of their full spectrum of emotions and suppress many unwanted emotions because they are afraid to feel them.
 
However, we can only feel whole and complete if we embrace and integrate all aspects of our being the good and the bad, and not just the qualities which we consider to be positive or honourable.

Cassia is excellent for deleting information from the subconscious mind which has a lower vibration. If applied over an extended period it can help to release attachments, addictive behaviour and unhealthy patterns. It can also help you to build courage, confidence and increase energy levels. Cassia essential oil is in the same family as cinnamon and therefore is a “hot” oil. It’s best to dilute it with a carrier oil if you apply it topically on your second and third chakra.
 
 
Cassia has been a part of Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic practices consistently for nearly 5000 years, and it also has biblical references.
 
In ancient times cassia was the key ingredient in the incense used in temple worship.

  • Add one drop to citrus blends or diffuse with Clove and Ginger during fall and winter.

Die wohltuenden und kostbaren Geheimnisse von Frankincense (Weihrauch) und Myrrhe

Die Geheimnisse der Myrrhe und des Weihrauchs. 

Alte Aufzeichnungen zeigen, dass Myrrhe und Weihrauch wertvoller als Gold angesehen wurden.
Weihrauch ist das reine Harz des Weihrauch- oder Boswellia-Baumes und eine hochwertige Qualität weist eine hohe Transparenz des Harzes auf.  

Weihrauch ist seit der Antike ein kostbares Handelsgut der Ägypter, Assyrer, Perser, Mazedonier und Kuschiter. Seine wertvollen Harze bildeten die vermutlich älteste globale Lieferkette der Welt.

Das ätherische Öl wird aus dem Harz des Weihrauchbaumes gewonnen. Die „Tränen“ des Harzes werden vor der Destillation sorgfältig gereinigt und nach Größe und Farbe sortiert. Die höchste Qualität wird dem Weihrauch aus dem Dhofar-Gebirge im Sultanat Oman nachgesagt. Dieser Weihrauch, wird auch Boswellia sacra genannt. Der Weihrauch kann Dir dabei helfen Dich mit Deinem höheren Selbst zu verbinden und die Myrrhe kann dir dabei helfen Dich zu Erden.

Myrrhe-Öl

Aromatische Beschreibung: heiß, rauchig, krautig, holzig, trocken

Aufgrund ihrer Vielseitigkeit und Wirksamkeit wird Myrrhe seit Jahrhunderten in vielen Kulturen geschätzt. Mit unzähligen Anwendungen wurde Myrrhe von der Medizin bis zu religiösen Zwecken eingesetzt. Heute wird das aus dem Myrrhen Baum extrahierte Harz in ein krautiges, holziges ätherisches Öl umgewandelt, das die gesamte Wirksamkeit des Harzes erfasst. Egal, ob du eine glatte, jugendlich aussehende Haut fördern, das emotionale Gleichgewicht fördern oder den Körper reinigen möchtest, das ätherische Öl Myrrhe ist eine nützliche Ergänzung deiner ätherischen Öl Sammlung.

Die Myrrhe wird bereits seit der Antike als Heilmittel eingesetzt und sie steht symbolisch für die Neugeburt. Sie kann Dich auch dabei unterstützen Geburts- und Kindheitstrauma oder alte Verletzungen und Wunden in der Mutter-Kind Beziehung zu heilen. Die Myrrhe beinhaltet die Energie der Erde und sie wirkt beruhigend, erdend, verleiht Sicherheit, Stabilität verlangsamt den Atem und fördert die Konzentration. Die Myrrhe hat auch eine desinfizierende und entzündungshemmende Wirkung, ist wundheilend und gewebestärkend.

Anwendung Myrrhe-Öl:

✓ Füge 1-2 Tropfen deiner Zahnpasta für zusätzliche Reinigungsvorteile hinzu oder verwende eine Myrrhe Mundspülung um Zähne und Zahnfleisch gesund zu halten.

✓ Im Diffusor verwendet, kann es das Bewusstsein fördern und die Stimmung heben.

✓ Füge reines ätherisches Myrrhe-Öl in Deine Lotion / Feuchtigkeitscreme, um feine Linien und Falten zu reduzieren.

✓ Bei Husten: 3 Tropfen Myrrhe, 3 Tropfen Weihrauch, und 3 Tropfen Eukalyptus, Rosmarin oder Oreganoöl in 20 ml Trägeröl lösen und auf die Brust einmassieren.

✓Ein entspannendes Bad gegen Stress: 2 Tropfen Myrrhe, 2 Tropfen Lavendel, 3 Tropfen Geranium, Epsom Salz ( Erwachsene 2- 3 Tassen)

✓Eine weitere vorteilhafte Eigenschaft des ätherischen Öls Myrrhe ist, dass es einen jugendlich aussehenden Teint fördert und der Haut ein beruhigendes Gefühl vermittelt. Um Myrrhenöl für die Haut zu verwenden, solltest du ein oder zwei Tropfen Öl zu deiner täglichen Lotion oder Feuchtigkeitscreme hinzufügen. Diese Mischung kann dazu beitragen, das Erscheinungsbild von feinen Linien und Falten zu reduzieren, insbesondere bei täglicher Anwendung.

Wenn du nicht weißt welches Öl du verwenden sollst greife zum Weihrauch-Öl, denn damit wirst du nie falsch liegen. 

Weihrauch ist als eines der teuersten und kostbarsten ätherischen Öle bekannt und bietet außergewöhnliche Vorteile. 

Er unterstützt die Zellregenerierung und ist der Alleskönner „König der Öle“ bekannt. Weihrauch ist eines der Geschenke, die die Drei Heiligen Könige dem Jesuskind mitbrachten.

Weihrauch war schon bei den alten Ägyptern in spirituellen Zeremonien, bei der Mumifizierung herausragender und vermögender Personen und zumindest in begüterteren Kreisen im Alltag als aromatisches, desinfizierendes und entzündungshemmendes Räuchermittel und Heilmittel in Gebrauch. Um das Harz zu gewinnen, wird die Rinde angeschnitten. Wenn das Harz dann austritt bildet es “Tropfen” oder “Tränen”, die granulieren. Aus diesem Harz wird dann das Öl destilliert.

Der Weihrauch besitzt eine besondere Kraft das Bewusstsein zu höheren Ebenen anzuheben. Er kann außerdem die Nerven von starker Spannung befreien und dir dabei helfen die Spreu vom Weizen zu trennen. Was sind ätherische öle?

I fell in love with Frankincense when I walked through the Camden Market in London.

The name Myrrh comes from the Arabic word “murr,” which means bitter. Myrrh resin has been used for many thousands of years, dating back to the ancient Egyptians in traditional medicine, ritual practices, culinary applications, funeral rites, purification, and perfumery.
