Whatever we are experiencing in life are your own unconscious and conscious creations. Many challenging events disappointment, betrayal scenarios, sadness, set-backs and heartbreak leave a lingering impression in our mind, body, and spirit.

A strong reaction to similar negative events will strengthen those impressions until they are deeply ingrained in your subconscious mind and become part of who you are. As a resuslt you might not be even aware of how any negative programming affects your actions, your decisions, your experiences and the way you live your life.

A very effective way to let go of negative patterns and repeating the same behaviour is to connect to your higher purpose and to serve others to the best of your ability.

When we align our life purpose and embody the energy of our higher calling, we become intuitively guided, and from this higher place of awareness and emodiment, we will make the most aligned choices. The more we let go of fear and trust our higher guidance the more confident and internally secure we become.

Trusting your inner guidance can only be developed through practice, repetition, trial and error and not by reading a book. Accessing your intuition means that you trust your inner guidance and act boldly upon it and you no longer try and get through life by overthinking and overanalysing.

The voice of your intuition does often not make any sense to the logical mind and that’s why many people reject it.

The way how we do one thing is the way how we do everything.

If a woman does not trust her intuition, for example, she will usually have a difficult time to make a decision or she will say that she would like to wait a little bit, now is not the right time.

I observed that a wounded or disempowered feminine who is disconnected from source carries often a lot of resentment, suppressed anger, frustration, impatience, resistance or disappointment in her energy field and it is very likely that she will not get the results she has been hoping to get if she works with a coach or mentor or if she starts a new project or business.

The good news is that once the disempowerment dynamics are understood and changed it becomes much easier to reach your higher goals and fulfil your hearts desired. Awareness, acceptance and lettting go of resistance is a very powerful antidote to persistant negative patterns.

One of the biggest challenges some of my coacing clients face during their awakening journey is that both business and personal relationships suddenly stop working or fall away.

They find themselves questioning what they thought they knew as they realize that the systems and structures they have built their life on are not working anymore. Some try to fit in their new way of being into their old life only to realize that the price is too high to pay.

This leaves them no other choice but to think in a new way and to reinvent themselves completely. The lack of clarity is usually the biggest challenge because they don’t quite understand what is actually happening.

On a personal level, this can be very destabilising and emotionally challenging and many try to resist the changes at all costs. Pain arises only if we have expectations or if we insist that things have to be a certain way. Nothing that we have now will last forever. Everything will dissolve at some point. Seeing the bigger picture does always help.

When we rise in consciousness everything that is not in alignment with our new frequency or is superficial and inauthentic falls away.

Out of fear we might have been willing to compromise our values or maintained relationships for the wrong reasons which we have outgrown a long time ago.

Acceptance, non-resistance and surrendering are crucial during any transition periods.

Everything that is false and is masking your true Self has to be released if you want to move forward. This process might shake you to the core and will leave you no other choice but to let go of any masks and thick ego structures.

Even if you consider yourself to have shed many layers of your false SELF already you might be still in for another surprise. The subtle layers of the Ego can be even more tricky. Humility does always help.

In a sense the sudden changes do happen to create space for something new, that is more representative of your new frequency. Often it means also a completely new beginning and the willingness to embrace the unknown over and over again. The trick is to keep moving without complaining or being attached to the outcome.
