When we hand over our power to the collective consciousness we miss the opportunity for natural expression and evolution.

Being guided by moral values and societal conditioning is a top-down approach where you adjust your attitude to what is acceptable or relatable. Your behaviour patterns and expressions are governed to a large degree by cultural conditioning and the expectations of others.
When it comes to spiritual progress adhering to an externally imposed spiritual code has its place during the early stages of your awakening journey but once you are fully connected to your True Essence the rules of the game change.

A connected and self-realised individual has emptied themselves from the inside and is not influenced by the thinking habits and patterns of those around them.

An awake and self-realised individual is guided by their SOUL / SOURCE and their expressions will often ruffle some feathers and trigger those who disallow their natural expression and therefore attempt to tame, judge, undermine or control awake and empowered individuals out of fear.

Fear of judgement is the most common reason that people hold back from expressing themselves in a way they are meant to bring forth their latent gifts and talents in service to ALL of creation.
If someone is judging you they are judging themselves. It’s their fears, weaknesses, unawareness and insecurities that speak through them. It’s their disconnection from unconditional LOVE and their True Essence.

Never be ashamed of who you are and the deep knowing and wisdom that dwells within you.
Spiritual Integrity will often shake up some of the traditional unhealthy power structures.
Spiritual Integrity arises from an unwavering and unshakable connection with your inner self that honours your TRUTH and the original intention of your incarnation.

It is the numbing, abandoning and disowning of various aspects of ourselves that disallows us to dive to the very core of creation to the cosmic womb of creation that devours and dissolves all illusions.
This experience supersedes anything this material world could ever offer you. When you are fully anchored in your spiritual Self you will have all the resilience and resourcefulness to navigate through any arising transitions and storms of life.

Hi, I am Erika – Shri Lakshmi. It is time to lift the veils to HIGHER LOVE.

I am a life-purpose coach and holistic counsellor. It’s not a requirement but people usually come to me in transition. My approach is both practical and mystical/spiritual. My mission is to invite you into higher states of being by cultivating inner awareness, empowerment and love.

I can deliberately enter an expanded state of consciousness and have mastered the ability to tap into the SOURCE of LOVE, WISDOM, ABUNDANCE and POWER and I am strongly dedicated to further learning and expansion.

It is my intention to inspire, empower you and help you to find more clarity in life and reconnect with your true self. I help people to become more aware of their gifts and also their beliefs and values.

As you start to remember who you truly are, you naturally start to re-align with your true self and your life purpose. Your life can then start to flow in a far more creative and joyful way with new meaning and direction.

It is my intention to give joyfully, following my heart’s knowledge and make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. I have been trained in a number of different healing techniques including energy psychology, relationship healing and a diverse array of therapeutic interventions, but I don’t follow any particular tradition or concept as I work intuitively from the heart.

Together, we generate insight and transformation. My work is a co-creative, collaborative partnership with you to create the deepest insight, empowerment, clarity, wellbeing, healing and possibility, and enable you to share this with others.
