Saturn enters Aries on February 14, followed closely by the rare Saturn–Neptune conjunction at 0 degrees Aries. This marks the beginning of a long, defining cycle around identity, responsibility, and self-leadership.

Saturn represents the father figure, the strict karmic teacher who guides individuals on the righteous path. Saturn’s lessons as the powerful karmic leveller teach us perseverance and self-discipline to work through karmic obstacles and challenges. Saturn’s guidance helps us spiritualize at a deeper core level, bringing discipline and awareness into our daily lives.

Saturn reflects on our spiritual maturity and decision-making abilities, showing we cannot act without considering the long-term consequences involved.

On February 17, the solar eclipse falls on the Chinese New Year of the Fire Horse.

☯️Eclipses are cosmic filters that strip away any type of pretence and disclose the unfiltered truth, specifically addressing deeply ingrained karmic and ancestral patterns that we have carried with us for a long time or even lifetimes.
☯️An Eclipse is a golden opportunity to loosen the co-dependency grip and step more fully into a state of Sovereignty.

The Sun is much larger than the Moon. It is also much further away. That’s why they appear to be nearly the same size when we look up at them from Earth.
Sometimes, the Moon passes exactly between the Earth and the Sun. When this happens, the shadow of the Moon falls on the Earth, and we get what we call a solar eclipse. If you are standing in the Moon’s shadow, the Sun will disappear for a short time.
Solar eclipses happen at New Moon, when the dark half of the Moon is facing Earth.
The reason that Eclipses don’t occur every month is that the path of the Moon around the Earth is tilted.
Usually, the Moon passes just below or just above the Sun in the sky. It is rare for them to be exactly aligned.
When the entire Sun is covered by the Moon, a total Solar Eclipse occurs. And if the alignment of the Earth, Moon and Sun is not exact and only part of the Sun is covered, we get a partial Solar Eclipse.
During partial solar eclipses, it looks as if a piece of the Sun is missing from the Edge.

Lunar Eclipse

The only reason that we see the Moon is that its surface is lit up by the Sun.
When the Moon passes into the Earth’s shadow, the sunlight is cut off, and the Moon gets quite dark; we call this a Lunar Eclipse. It is rare that the Moon completely disappears. Usually, the Moon’s surface turns a deep reddish colour. Lunar Eclipses happen at Full Moon, usually when the Moon passes either below or above the Earth’s shadow. If the entire Moon passes through the Earth’s shadow, a total lunar eclipse occurs. When the alignment is not exact and only part of the Moon is in the shadow, we experience a partial Lunar Eclipse.

We are not entirely controlled by the stars or any planetary constellations if we have awareness. They are a reflection of ourselves and our place in the cosmos.

Cultivating discernment and turning our awareness inwards is key during eclipses. Human beings and their level of consciousness are setting a certain momentum into motion, NOT the planets or their configurations. The planets are only raising a flag to be alert and watchful of our higher dharma and way of life.

In a nutshell the planetary shifts or Eclipses reflect someone’s consciousness. Everyone holds the potential within them to rise above the influence of the stars, above karmic patterns, above limitations and to choose differently – to choose from Higher Love.

Eclipses are not in themselves negative.
It’s the unconscious living, misuse of energy, greed, vanity, power abuse that leads to negative manifestations.

Eclipses are a valuable time for turning our energy and awareness inwards, bringing in a real change of consciousness, aspiring for a peaceful, harmonious world.

When consciousness expands, destiny and reflections change.
