Atlantis
Across the continental mass now known as the United States, on the east coast, existed another land mass known as Atlantis. This continent became populated approximately 20,000 years after the first settlement of Mu, bringing it to a date of 89,000 B.C. The souls in Atlantis basically walked in the Light. There did not exist a faction of a warring nature. Many of those from Mu, who did not wish to be involved in the negative vibrations there, incarnated in Atlantis. As the civilisation grew and expanded, the warring faction of Mu decided it was time to expand its scope of power. The two continents were connected by tunnels, many of which still exist. The tunnels are very deep beneath the Earth’s crust.
A war ensued, lasting over 50,000 years. Initially, it was only small conflicts, but as time passed, they increased in intensity until both civilisations were destroyed.
The continents of Atlantis and Lemuria were originally land masses above the surface of the oceans. Around the year 85,000 B.C., changes in the Earth’s vibrations caused massive destruction and shifting of the Earth’s surface. Both continents sank beneath the waters.
The Fall of Atlantis, a highly advanced spiritual civilisation, also represented the fall and desecration of the Divine Feminine. The island kingdom was destroyed by a natural catastrophe following the tilting of the Earth’s axis.
When the universal laws are disrespected and disregarded, expressions of negativity, of doubt, of ego, of personality controlling thoughts lead to inevitable destruction, fallouts, desecration, conflicts, incurable diseases and emotional imbalances.
Dr. Frank Alper, a highly gifted healer and chaneller explains that the Source of Power for Atlantis was generated and utilised through the use of crystals. Not crystals such as we know now, but crystals that were pure as the natural product. The inhabitants of Atlantis were present on a voluntary basis. Their Soul development and evolution were quite high.
The Healing Temple
According to Frank Alper one of the first structures that was erected in the ancient city was the Healing Temple, which was a very large edifice. As one approached the Temple, which was constructed from a material similar to what you call marble, there was a flight of twelve steps at the entrance. When one reached the top step, one walked between twelve columns, six on each side, to enter. The temple had no doors, as it was never closed and was always available to everyone. Upon entering through the arches, one would find oneself inside a huge room, circular in shape. It was forty-five feet in diameter. This room was the central healing hall.
The were certain selected groups of souls whose lifespan conisted of several hundred years. This was necessary for the character and nature of work that they were involved in. There was a special process by which the aging process of organs within the body was stabilized. It is similar to the process that is being utilized of selected individuals on earth at this time, by energizing techniques that slow down degenaration of tissue.
The population of Atlantis was generally healthy. There were no diseases that caused death, as their healing abilities were sufficient to sustain the health of the people. They possessed the capability of regeneration of tissue and organs.
The majority of these serving in a “work” capacity in the Temple were in a female expression, because it was necessary to have dominance of softness and of the LOVE vibration, for truly love heals.
Answer to a question about the cause for the initial destruction of Atlantis from the exploring Atlantis by Dr. Frank Alper
“The evolutionary changes in vibrations were the prime cause. The actual sinking of the physical land mass was not a predetermined factor, but a by-product of the earth changes that occured. Divine Plan does not draw a line upon the surface of a planet and a say, east of this line, earth will fall, and west, earth will rise.”
Magnetic energy is a level of vibrations that is concerned with establishing polarity or balancing of energy, flowing between two defined points. This is what we refer to as positive and negative poles. It creates a field of flowing energy or electricity that re-balances the energy field around an organ inside the body, and around the body as whole unit. This is the distinction between magnetic energy and the energies that we would normally refer to. The magnetic energies are also used in altering the cellular structure of the body.
Another function of the magnetic energies is to assist a Child of Light in reaching higher levels of growth in a shorter span of time. It is also possible to use the Universal energies to achieve this but by using the magnetic energies it becomes effective more rapidly. When you are involved in a healing of emotions, of nervous conditions, of the soul, of a wound, of a hurt, use your fathers energies, for they carry a greater vibration of LOVE.
The Divine Order
There are instances where the seeds of corruption of Divine Order are planted. They must not be allowed to sprout, for if allowed to develop and reach fulfillment, they would affect the Dvine Order, and therefore cannot be allowed to come to pass. This is what is known under the constant battle between the Forces of Love and the forces of negativity. The seeds of temptation to interfere with the natural Divine order and to create from the delusional ego perspective that leads to destruction and unnecessary suffering of many innocent people and destroys mother nature are always there, and in the majority of cases, even exponentially high.
To evolve and progress we need to have conscious awareness at all times. When we become unconscious we can easily slip into a degenerative, negative or passive state. The moment someone succumbs to a negative attitude or chooses to remain stagnant and passive or does not have a purpose in life it’s usually just a matter of time until a degradation, degeneration process and destructive and negative expressions begin to manifest.
At this stage the majority is trying to build or create something within the limitations of the mind, within the confines of their own universe and understanding. The moment someone forgets the Source of their True Power (God) a decline happens.
The Temple of the Dolphins – “Hall of Justice”
There was a building in Atlantis, which was known as the Temple of the Dolphins. The name for this structure was symbolic. The dolphin, for eons of time, has represented the highest evolutionary stage of the mammal that exists in the water yet breathes the air. This temple was therefore a Temple for the wise. Its structure was not unusual in shape, being rectangular. However, the interior was arranged with seats in a circular fashion. There was a long table for the highest Elders and Priests, the ranking officials of Atlantis. Only those Elders and Priests were allowed admittance. It served as tribunal, a court of law. This may seem rather strange, perhaps even unspiritual, but when a citizen of Atlantis misused his abilities and powers, he was brought into the Temple of the Dolphins for justification of his actions.
The Elders and priests sat to decide on what course of action to take ff one’s explanation were not acceptable. In the most severe cases of abuse, levels of development were removed from the energy bank of one’s mind, through the use of the crystal lasers. This was done to allow one to experience certain stages of growth over again, to learn them in the proper fashion. Ths may seem like a judgement by our standards nowadays but these were the laws of Atlantis.
In a more positive sense some were rewarded through their course of actions with advancement. They were brought also to the temple and under special treatment their evolutenary development was advanced while still in physical form. It was impossible to alter their physical structure, but it was taken care of in their following incarnations. This then was the “Hall of Justice”.
The Temple of Sound
There were other structures in Atlantis that were utilized as schools of learning. One important one was the “Temple of Sound”, where children were taken at the age of ten years. There they began to learn to train their minds, to understand and differentiate tones and sounds. This was done so that, when they matured, they could assume the duties of those who had become too old to relate properly to high levels of energies. In this was, the communication and energy patterns were continuous.
The Atlantis Caste System
The caste system in Atlantis was clearly defined. There were mutuants, the labor force. There were farmers. There were those who served as “parents” and cared for the children and their upbringing. There were the advanced labor force, those involved in construction utilizing technical knowledge. There were those involved in creative capacities through seven strata of Elders and Priests. Clearcut authority and positions made evident to all that one did not violate the caste of another.
Many Souls incarnated in Atlantis had never been involved in that form of Society before. Most of them had not been involved in incarnations on this planet. So part of of their lessons were in acceptance of each other, lessons in Universal brotherhood.
It took many centuries for this to be achieved.In the interim, they established the caste systems to enable them to function in specific capacities. Without this control, without demarcation of responsibilities, perhaps the achievement of Atlantis would have fallen for short of what they did(excerpt from Exploring Atlantis by Dr. Frank Alper, a well known and respected teacher of metaphysics and spritual growth).
Social Structures
This society was basically agrarian in nature. Their needs were simple, and they planted their fruits, for they existed totally on a diet of fruits, nuts and berries. They spent their lives in growth and sharing and communicating. Every day upon rising, the community amassed together to Bless the Father for another day of life. They meditated and they shared, one with the other, their feelings, their impressions and inspirations they may have received during their meditations. They chanted and sang. They ate together and then began the day’s labors.

When an individual is aware of who they are and their higher purpose they walk their path in a union with their True Essence – a relationship rooted in Soul. They live a life of LOVE. They rocognize that negativity exists but choose consciously not to engage in negative expressions but to walk their path without fear, jeaolosy, hadred, power abuse or resentment because their connection to their True Self is steady and unwavering. They lift themselves up above the limitations of the mind and they have unwavering, unshekable faith that they can co-create together with the Divine since they are ONE with ALL THAT IS.
